How much help would you be in an emergency, if someone collapsed next to you or had a serious accident? CPR is one of the most important skills to keep someone alive.

Watch two eyeball-exploding lingerie models demonstrating how to properly perform life-saving CPR, including tips on mouth-to-mouth and the sage advice, as well as the correct spot  between the nipples where chest compressions should be carried out. After watching try our quiz to see how much you know about CPR.

It is definitely worth refreshing... I did a first-aid course before I came to China that was based around helping someone who was in a motorbike accident (I ride motorbikes, hence choosing this type of first-aid). When I did it they had just changed the way that you give CPR - the number/speed of compressions had increased. The new CPR method apparently has a much higher survival rate.

I did the CPR training when I was in high school and I thought it was a great thing! My dad is very impressive and saved life through his work before being retired! If there is one advice you girls go get the training! I'd love to refresh my basics though!
