French actress Marion Cotillard continues to star in Christian Dior's high-drama ads. This Spring, the chase continues, where Cotillard is caught with a secret agent, Shanghai Pearl Tower and WFC serving as the fantastical background. Steven Klein shot the scene, titled Lady Blue.
Marion will follow the “Lady Blue” campaign photos with a twelve-minute film directed by David Lynch shot in Shanghai last December. The film will debut on May 15 at Ladydior.com. This is also the day John Galliano will show Dior's cruise collection in Shanghai.
Galliano explains, “In the David Lynch film, Marion is reciting a poem that he wrote, and was inspired by the Pearl Tower itself. The words and building fuse in the picture he paints on-screen. Shanghai is such a vibrant and inspiring city.”
Lady blue is the third out of four-chapter series. The Spring '09 ad showed a brave Cotillard perched on the edge of the Eiffel Tower sporting an all black ensemble, and a more seductive image was on offer for Fall's Lady Rouge collection.

Here is the article about how it went. It has lots of photos too.
I was surprised that among all attendees they quoted only two 20-years old! I wonder about 2 things:
1) Can 20-year old really appreciate Dior?
2) How can 20-year old afford buying Dior (not from the fake market)?
I wonder who can help me to get invitation to Galliano's show. He is one of my favs!
