What better way to start the day than do some Yoga. Body & Soul Yoga Studio are offering a special Dolls Yoga class twice weekly. These classes will be on both Monday and Thursday from 6.00am to 7.20am. The cost for each class is 100rmb.

Come along and spend the morning with other Dolls to kick start your week.

Body & Soul Yoga is one of the best international Yoga clubs in Shanghai downtown. 3 minutes to Plaza 66, 5 minutes to Portman by walking, 8 classrooms, all international experienced yoga teachers, located in nearly 100 years old house(Laoyangfang), 3.6Metres high classrooms surrounded by green, nearly 1000 square meters.

Hi Julia,
I can't make this Thursday's dolls event. Are we planning to keep the class going into next month? I called Body & Soul, and they said I could switch Thursday's class with a replacement class next month, but only if we keep the class going.
