Description

Due to lots of requests to have some yoga classes at night time we are now introducing night time Dolls yoga. Body & Soul Yoga Studio are offering a special Dolls Yoga class twice weekly. These classes will be on both Tuesday and Thursday from 7.30pm to 9.00pm. The cost for each class is 100rmb. This class is suitable from beginners to advanced students.

Body & Soul Yoga is one of the best international Yoga clubs in Shanghai downtown. 3 minutes to Plaza 66, 5 minutes to Portman by walking, 8 classrooms, all international experienced yoga teachers, located in nearly 100 years old house(Laoyangfang), 3.6Metres high classrooms surrounded by green, nearly 1000 square meters.

Hi Julia, thanks alot for responding to the request and having the night session for yoga. I just got back in Shanghai these week as was outstationed all through October. Will the class be on all November Tues and Thurs? Would like to join starting next week.
