One of our own (buzza) is part of the theater play, The Woman in Black. It will be nice to enjoy a little cultural treat while supporting her. So come on out (before Shanghai gets freezing cold), and let us "sit back, relax, and enjoy the show".
Description:
Shanghai Repertory Theatre (SRT) presents the chilling, yet highly acclaimed theatre performance of The Woman in Black at Xinguang Film Art Center from October 29th to November 7th. This is one of the most terrifying theatre productions in the world. The production is adapted from Susan Hill’s thriller fiction about a young solicitor who is summoned to a small town to attend the funeral of Mrs. Alice Drablow, an elderly and reclusive widow who lived alone in the desolate and secluded Eel Marsh House. This production focuses strongly on atmosphere, teasing audiences by instigating a sense of terror and unknown. Don’t miss this spine-chilling and unforgettable theatrical experience!
