Beauty is not about following the latest makeup trends, wearing the color of the moment or getting the most fashionable hairstyle. It is about adapting different looks to suit you, in order to accentuate your best features and to bring out your natural beauty. Wearing well-applied makeup and a great hairstyle will boost your self-esteem and confidence.
There are no strict rules as to what you can and cannot do when it comes to hair and makeup. The secret is to find what suits you and your lifestyle.
In this workshop (minimum 6 and maximum 8 people), all participants will learn by applying their own makeup, step-by-step whilst guided and corrected by makeup artist Charlotta Woodward.
Charlotta has been working in the world of beauty for over 15 years since her training at London’s top fashion makeup school. Over the years she has worked with numerous photographers, international clients, fashion magazines, celebrities, models and TV production companies in many different countries.
Content of the workshop:
1) Makeup tools, products & techniques
2) Makeup application
3) Tips of the trade
4) Transformation from day to night makeup
Cost: 6 attending RMB 250/person, 7 – RMB 225/person and 8 attending RMB 200/person. Please note that this is not Charlotta’s normal workshop rate, but a special rate for Shanghai Dolls.
In case of big demand we can repeat the same workshop on the next weekend or make a series of workshops.
Workshop is limited from 6 to 8 people. Please register before November 11.
NOTE: Registration is binding. If you can't attend please cancel your registration and let someone else to benefit from the event. We keep the record of all "no shows."

will be there with my friend buzza.....
any updates let us know!
note to bring some mascara and basics just in case..
Answering buzza's question, you don't really need to bring anything, except for your own mascara. You may also bring your makeup products that you have questions about e.g. usage, color choice and so on. For example, it can be a good chance to check if you have the right color/type of foundation!
It's better you come without makeup (clean face) or bring a makeup remover along.
Charlotta will provide water and some soft drinks. If you want anything else you are welcome to bring, eg. wine, dessert, fruits etc.
My other friend and I would like to attend together but we can see there are already 7 registered. Is it OK if we can come even though that is 9 people? Please advise as soon as possible, as we only just saw this one! thanks.
Do we need to bring anything i.e. brush sets / makeup etc...???
Cool
:)
