Pole Dancing is finally here!!!

We have managed to get ourselves a great Pole Dancing instructor, Adela Stoulilova (on the photo) to teach us a beginners' five week course. It will start Saturday, 27th March @ 12.00pm and then she will be away from April, 19th so we can start up again in May. There are only 10 spaces for this class, so you have to be fast to register for this event.

Price for 6-10 girls is 100 RMB per 70 min session.

Also, if you are interested in me organising a Burlesque class at the same studio leave a comment here so I can see numbers.

There are lots of pole dancing agencies all over the world that need showgirls. So I just want to give all of you a pole dancing tip: Wear comfortable clothes which expose your arms and legs. Sexiness is optional. Baring your skin will allow you to get a much better grip on the pole with your arms and legs so that you can perform these moves safely. For even better foot grips, try going barefoot. Or get on the pole naked, so you have nothing to slow you down.

I offer we hit Anna Banana to reward ourselves after a pole work out. This place is located 1 block away from the studio. They serve frozen yogurt and smoothies as well as homemade waffles, crepes, pancakes, french toast and brownies. I've been craving for fresh waffles for ages :)

Ladies - can everyone bring the whole money for the five weeks on Saturday. So that will be 500rmb for the five weeks. Also, Adel sent me a message to let you know what to wear:

"Girls can bring high heels, but most beginners feel more comfortable without shoes. As for clothes, pole dancing requires maximum bare skin for a better grip. Wear something comfortable that makes you feel sexy, the best would be shorts or short skirts and tank tops. Its very important that you don't use any lotion, body spray, oil etc, before the class, as it makes the pole too slippery and can be dangerous."
