Outdoor Bootcamp is finally back!
Now is a great time to start to get into shape for summer! The weather is getting warmer and it is time for us to start training outside again. These boot camp sessions are for any Doll who is interested in getting fitter, losing weight or just getting active.
The Jingan Boot Camp will kick off on April 20th and will last for six weeks until June 1st with two sessions weekly Monday and Fridays (there is an extra session on Wednesday mornings at One Wellness Gym).
These sessions are designed for any fitness level, so please do not feel that you need to be fit to join, as the goal is to help everyone improve in their health and wellbeing. All other boot camps have seen Dolls from complete beginners to reasonably fit.
12 Sessions per each 6 week package 1500rmb or 150rmb for walk-ins.
There are also different price options for people who want to get a card that can be used over a few months.
* If you are interested in the extra sessions on Wednesday mornings, please leave a comment and I will send you the details.
** There are other locations coming, including night time in Luwan Stadium and daytime in Xiang Yang Park – send me a message and I can give you the details for these also.
Time: From April 20th every Monday & Fridays 6:00AM - 7:00AM
Coach: Murat Erbaytan
Murat has been competing in sports since he was six years old, first in the sport of swimming were he competed for the Junior Turkish national team. He then went on to play basketball and once again represented Turkeys Junior national team. Murat studied at the university sports academy, and after graduating he became a certified licensed personal trainer (Goethe institute, Germany).
