In my free time, I indulge a healthy obsession with cake, an unhealthy obsession with red shoes and a sometimes disheartening hunt for good live music venues in Shanghai.

I fall in an out of love with new hobbies about as often as there are days in a week but I like to try most things at least once.  Or, to be accurate, at least half a time – because seeing some of those things all the way through would be mad.
